Redesign of an outdated but highly valuable feature
ShipCompliant’s reporting tools were over 5 years old and greatly in need of simplification. Unnecessary clicks, poor status indication and no clear call-to-action made it difficult for new users to learn the tools, while existing users were resistant to change.
